Tomorrow is September...which means it's almost Halloween

Autumn is my favorite time of year, and Halloween has something to do with that.

The approach of October 31st means I can wear my favorite black and white striped stockings and paint my nails black. It also means the return of novelty t-shirts. Target usually has some that are cute and cheap. So, I went  there today to see what they have this year. They had a bunch, and these are the two I picked.

A little known fact about me: I can neither wink nor whistle.

Ha, mystic! I'd say wait just *a little bit* longer before you bust out the decorations :)

I love those shirts! I don't have any cool novelty Halloween shirts...though I wish I did...I need to go searching. I have some silly Halloween socks, but I don't think those are all that cool :( I saw an awesome Jack Skellington shirt at the Disney Store but my hubby thought it might scare the kids.

Go to Target, Alyssa. But go soon because the best ones will be sold out soon. This year they have them in the pajama section for some reason. Maybe because they're comfortable enough to sleep in? Old Navy has novelty t-shirts, too, but I haven't checked out this year's selection yet.

I think it's cute/funny that you can't wink or whistle. Have you ever tried doing both at the same time? Maybe that's the secret :)
